Not the sellers fault but the delivery company, Aramex, provide a very ordinary service to my area. We are a bit out of the way as capital city suburbs go so drivers don't want to come out here. This is not the first time a parcel has had a status switch between "onboard for delivery" and "not able to be delivered" for 2 or 3 days. Took nearly 2 weeks from when it was ordered.
