Kick ass. Don't try it unless you are already relatively fit.
I had heard nothing but good things about Jillian Michaels (as a recent bride it was constantly raved about on forums) and wanted to try the 6 week six pack thinking it would be an easy segway into the other dvd's. Boy was I wrong, this thing is TOUGH!! I am 5"7 and 160 pounds. I hadn't worked out properly for about 6 months (a few walks/wii games in between) and this dvd KICKED MY ASS. I thought I was dying about half way in and although I did pause and rest a few times (and gave up on a few of the second round of moves) I made it through to the end. That was Sunday. I couldn't walk properly again until the following Friday. This dvd is great and I can tell that once I get my fitness level back up to a decent level it will do wonders for my core. The added ... Buy this dvd, you wont regret it but wait until you can handle 30 mins of solid cardio easily before you try it.

Hard...but worth it.
I bought this DVD to try to get my abs toned. I am in pretty good shape but my abs are the only area that I really have to work on. Jillian is very motivating and the exercises change up pretty quickly which is a good thing so that you are constantly in GO mode. I have tried to finish this DVD for two weeks on the first level and have yet to truly complete the whole thing without having to stop. It's pretty hard in my opinion. I knew this from the reviews that I read before I bought it but I thought that I was "strong" and it wouldn't be too hard. Maybe it is hard because this is the area I am weakest in. I would purchase this again because it is a motivator to get my abs flat and to get to a point of completion. I can tell that my abs are alot more toned just after a ...
