You can't beat it with a stick. It does the job.
I've looked at and compared a number of these bandoliers. Initially I debated getting a sling that held shells until I had friends tell me it's no good having 3-4 pounds of shells swinging back and forth beneath your shotgun while you're trying to aim it. Looking at the construction of their bandolier, I poked around until I found a very near approximation. The tags say VISM and I'm sure it's also branded under other names, but in any event, the construction is better than typically expect for $10 from eBay. The product shipped from California and arrived in only a few days. It's definitely rugged, and holding 7 pounds of 3" magnum 12 ga shells as we speak. They're not too difficult to insert and remove, and my extra heavy shells don't try to slip out either. So far it just works and ... I've looked at and compared a number of these bandoliers. It's also very easy to adjust how you position it across your shoulders, and more towards the front or your side, and it's easy to rotate around as you empty it. It just stays put whichever way I sling it on. I've attached a carabiner clip to the bandolier and my pants belt to secure it from flapping while running. At only 7 pounds fully loaded with the heaviest shells, I can imagine getting a second one and wearing them crosswise, just like in the films. Because why not! :)

NcStar Bandolier is good to go
I was apprehensive given the brand name, but the materials are robust and stitching looks good. Shells are held in tight and the elastic seems to be retaining it’s hold after a couple weeks. Solid product and really good price.

Very well made. Holds 12 gauge shells very tightly, even 20 gauge are tight! Of course this means the first time you load it up, it will be a difficult endeavor, but they will probably stretch over time as most of these do. Works best for laying flat if you alternate the shells, one up, next down, and so on, but also works with all pointed the same way as well, it just doesn't want to lay flat as readily when you lay it down. Shotgun bandoleer.
Great shotgun shell holder. These shotgun bandoleers are useful while hunting and even more useful in an emergency. Great bandoleers for times that require people to protect and defend themselves and family. Be careful not to keep shotguns shells tucked into the elastic shell holders for long periods of time. The elastic will weaken. Also do not store in direct sunlight. I still recomend these bandoleers. 👍Great shotgun shell holder. BANDOLIER
THIS IS A REPLACEMENT FOR ONE JUST LIKE IT THAT I HAVE KEPT LOADED FOR SEVERAL YEARS IN MY GO PACK. THE ELASTIC WEARS OUT IN TIME AND WILL NOT HOLD THE ROUNDS SECURELY. A BETTER QUALITY ELASTIC WOULD BE WORTH UPGRADING TO.
