Product Information

Throne of Darkness players take on the role of a brave Samurai warrior in an ancient, mystical Japanese setting. Demons and monsters straight from Japanese mythology await and attack the noble hero at every turn. The isometric view and detailed 2D backgrounds, along with the fantasy settings and point-and-click interface, are reminiscent of games like Diablo II and Baldur's Gate and the founding members of the development team at Click Entertainment also worked on the original Diablo.<br><br>In the single-player game, players control up to seven Samurai warriors at once, each with different abilities and a unique special skill. A system of scripted "plays" helps streamline the squad combat by simplifying commands for the most common formations and attack strategies. Throne of Darkness also supports online play and allows up to 35 characters to battle together in the same game.

They said one of the buttons sticks a little on the Mattel basketball game and the button sticks all the time so it's not worth anything if you can't move around the players and play.. lost 20 bucks...

    Fun game so far

    Throne of darkness so far has been a fun and challanging game to play. Im not much of a team player so I have been playing the game with a solo char out of the seven and three tag along help you can have in it. The game shows many chariteristics of Diablo. But this is welcomed and exspected. With half of the original production team of Diablo working on the game. Game play is easy, there could be more veriety in charater skills and spells to use. And I wish that the characters outfits would change with the adding of new armors.

    Throne of Darkness

    This game, in the genre of Dungeon Siege, is of a series of quests to free the Shogunate from the grip of the Dark Lord. You command a group of characters, picking up treasures, weapons, potions and other items during a series of quests. As you meet additional characters such as a Swordsman, a Ninja and a Wizard, you can integrate them into your band, but never more than four characters at a time. Additional characters are back in the "shrine room" with the Diamyo, and can be substituted into the band as needed. The game is endless in its possibilities, and can providee hours of fun and adventure.

    Throne of Darkness

    previously had owned a copy, if you like the diablo series you must play this game, its similar but you've got 7 samurai instead of just one guy, kinda old now though.
