Product Information

Television producer Stephen J. Cannell (HUNTER, WISEGUY, 21 JUMP STREET) scored one of the earliest of his many 1980s hits with THE A-TEAM. The eponymous team, a group of Vietnam veterans falsely accused of a crime during the last days of the conflict, is made up of cigar-chomping leader Hannibal (George Peppard), tough guy B.A. Baracus (Mr. T), suave con man "Face" (Dirk Benedict), and paranoid pilot Murdock (Dwight Schultz). The team survives through employment as soldiers of fortune, humiliating their foes and standing up for the little guy. The fifth season continues the A-Team's combination of action and humor generated by the unlikely fit between the personalities of the characters. The entire fifth season is presented here.

WOW!!
This show brings back a lighter time in my life. I enjoyed every minute of every show. I now have all five seasons.

The A-Team continues to deliver!
I know a lot of fans think that season five is where the A-Team jumped the shark... but I disagree. The fifth, and final, season of The A-Team sees the addition of two new cast members and a change in premise of the show (the team is now working for the government, as opposed to running from it.) None of these changes take away from the fun or excitment of the show, and the perfect chemistry between the four leading roles remains amazing. I'll admit that the role of "new kid" Frankie Santana is inessential at best, but Robert Vaughn's General Stockwell is a great addition to the show. Also, Murdock seems to be toned down a bit from previous seasons (maybe the medication is working finally?)Season five of The A-Team is every bit the essential "must have" DVD that the precedding four seasons ... The A-Team - Season 5 (2006, DVD
I purchased this for my husband's birthday. He is enjoying it. He likes this particular show. They did have it on TV now they don't so he was looking for the DVD's. I purchased this season and then decided to find all the other seasons. He has watched everyone of them at least 3 times now. I am quite sure he will watch them all over again many more times. I think he likes the shows because of all the plots they come up with, he also likes the actors they choose to use. The only issue I have with this DVD set, is that's all he does is come home from work and gets his coffee and straight to his TV, and yes you guessed it he puts his DVD in and I don't see him again till super time. As soon as super is finished he goes right back to his TV and in goes his movies again. I am not ... I purchased this for my husband's birthday. He is enjoying it. He likes this particular show. You too could have some extra time to do things you enjoy doing.
