Terrific Album
This is a great collection of slow blues numbers by SRV. While I own a few of his albums which I thoroughly enjoy, the slow paced, emotional feel of this album had made it my clear favorite above the others. There is not one bad -- or shall I say -- one less-than-great song on this album. You will listen to every song on it enjoying SRV's tremendously underrated voice, and the power and emotion of his incredible guitar talents as he draws emotion and feeling, not at lightning speed, but slowly and deliberately -- from his Stratocaster. I could not be more happy with this album.This is a great collection of slow blues numbers by SRV. Blues at sunrise. I believe the best blues-rock guitar player ever!
You should go the blackboard and write AWESOME 1000 times. It's that good. The 30th anniversary of Stevie's passing will be with us on August 27, 2020. Celebrate by purchasing this and others of his music. God Bless you Brother!!! We LOVE YOU ---Blues Dude

Blues at Sunrise by SRV - Blues Lovers Best
It is without a doubt one of the best, if not the best compilation of songs by one of the best blues/rock guitar slingers of all time. I love this CD, I listen to it daily; am a ardent fan of SRV (got all his albums), Eric Clapton, Jonny Lang, Buddy Guy, the 3 Kings (BB, Albert & Freddie)etc, etc.... But I gotta tell you this CD is smokin, smooth, the riffs, the runs, the licks can't get enough of it. Buy it & you'll keep it in the CD changer!!!It is without a doubt one of the best, if not the best compilation of songs by one of the best blues/rock guitar slingers of all time.
