In Croc: Legend of the Gobbos, you play Croc (ironically enough), a lively crocodile who sets out to save the Gobbos, the furry little creatures who raised Croc and protected him from the evil clutches of the tyrannical Baron Dante.<br><br>Croc has five stages, 40 levels, nine bosses, and an entire host of evil creatures to overcome en route to your fight with Baron Dante. The fate of the Gobbos lies in the skill of one crocodile!<br><br>Croc is basically a jump, run, collect stars type of game, but compensates for the relatively simplistic gameplay by offering 3D graphics.

Great adventure game for all ages.
Adventure games are meant to keep the player constantly on his guard, and Croc: Legend of the Goobbos is one of those titles. In this game, you control the character Croc, a reptile on a quest to save the Gobbos from the evil Baron Dante and his minions. In this 3-D platforming adventure game, Croc can run, jump, fly, swim, and bash his way through four vivid worlds in search of the Gobbos. Here is my take: Story: 7/10 The plot is as easy to follow like a storybook, with animated cutscenes as you later progress throughout the game. A good depiction of game developers and scriptwriters at its time. Graphics: 7/10 For the PC port of this game, the graphics look great through 3-D acceleration and Microsoft DirectX delivers for this game, with also support for 3Dfx Glide, S3 Trio, and ... Great background bitmaps, and neatly colored textures make this not only a challenging, but great looking adventure that awaits. Gameplay: 8/10 Croc is an addicting game that is quite hard to put down. Easy controls and moves to learn make playing this game very fun. Secrets await for the skilled players and explorers alike, so keep your eyes open. The difficulty really steps up as you progress throughout. Tricky traps and crafty enemies add to the challenge. Replay Value: 2/10 Unless you want to play the entire adventure again, there is pretty much nothing to do after you have completed the entire game, but yet that shouldn't take away from the actual amount of fun than can be had. Overall Grade: 7/10 Croc is defiantly a great game for the PC. Plenty of levels and secrets to find and explore through, and along with challenging gameplay, makes up for one great dish. It's a true shame that most games like today's aren't made like this one. Pick this one up and take a bite of the action for yourself, and the whole family.

It is a fun and entertaining game for all ages
It is very interactive and I love to play it as well as my little boy, I had this game several years ago and looked for it for us both to enjoy playing.

Croc is amazing
I love this game. It's clean, entertaining fun. Loved it. really awesome. I think anyone no matter what age you are, or what type of genre you prefer, would love this game
