Their reply was, the item is on its way. Long and short, they won't send a label out for you to return the top. To return the top is nearly the price of the item. In the end I took half refund, it's wrong as I've got a top that's no good. Terrible customer service, don't waste your money.

Pictures were just a cheap sticker that was all ripped or hanging off in parts on both tops . Contacted them to get my money back which they tried to firstly only offer a partial refund and for me to keep the tops . Then to only refund me £4.00 when I brought two for £8.80 . After contacting them again they sent another refund out but still was short by 0.40p (which 40p wouldnt of bothered me if I'd not have the mess about to begin with)
