I luckily found a new-in-box set here on eBay and bought it. Price, packaging & shipping were great, but due to the age of the item, the condition of the buds was not. The wire shielding had become brittle and was all cracked, revealing the bare wires underneath. Customer service was courteous and responsive. They offered me the choice of a replacent or a refund. I got the refund which the seller granted without issues.

However the courier is not so good, I ordered a battery that was dropped over my gate from a height of 6 feet. There was enough room to simply push it under the gate! Tracking from Evri was totally inaccurate!The parcel arrived before midday, an email arrived saying that they were unable to deliver item would try again later this week.
