    Underrated headphones

    These headphones have great features including Active Noice Cancellation, USB type C, and Bluetooth with dual device connectivity. The ear cups are plush and fit over the ear rather than on top. The hard case is easily the best included case for any device I’ve owned. Love the muted grey color because it fits with any outfit. I wouldn’t work out in these or get them wet. The primary reason for buying these was they were priced under retail and much less than competing noise cancelling headphones.

    Great quality, takes a little time to get used to

    I love these headphones! They are perfect for connecting with my Surface Book and iPhone! The only problem with this is the ear size is pretty small and wearing it for long periods of time hurts my ears. I have difficulty trying to switch the audio source from one device to another but everything else is great! Takes a little bit of time to get used to but has amazing features overall! I got mine at a good price!

    Nice features is there a warranty?

    The headphone charger wire became frayed and no longer charging...is their a warranty for this item from your and Microsoft? Ease advise unable to use wireless... Was able to have the winning bid at a great price considering what it cost at the Microsoft store more than half of what I paid was brand new in the box takes a little bit to set up but works well once is figure it out nice features my daughter loves it I like the adjustments for your head and the cushion on your ears is nice and soft came in a nice case that you can use to store away when not in use also had a chord I mostly use it Wireless

    Surface headphones Great buy

    Item arrived in about 3 days which was earlier than scheduled. The headphones arrived in the original packaging and with the manuals. The buttons were functional. The sound was as good as my Sony wh-1000xm3. The battery life is good and the headphones are very comfortable with excellent bass. I love the controls, very easy to maneuver. They paired with no effort, overall a great buy.

    Hands down simply the best headphones I've ever used.

    Hands down simply the best headphones I've ever used. The sound is crystal clear and the equalizer can be adjusted through the Cortana app. They have more than enough bass if you want to turn that up. They are very comfortable and secure. The ANC is amazing and can amplify the sounds around you if you want. They have a lot of features I like but probably my favorite is the touch sensitive cups for pausing or skipping songs.
