Must have for baking and pastry

Martha's baking handbook!
I have really enjoyed her cookbooks! The baking handbook is detailed with photos of how to make everything. Have made the coconut cream pie twice. Excited to make more from this book, and isn't that the purpose of her books; to motivate us to bake to please those we love 😊. We lived in Germany for 6 years and enjoyed the elegant poo pastries in the coffee shops and this book goes into detail how to make them. Have wanted to make the " nussshnecke" and found a recipe that comes really close!I have really enjoyed her cookbooks! The baking handbook is detailed with photos of how to make everything. I have wanted this book for some time. Price was right. Book is n great shape and cheap. So far no writing nor dog ears on pages.Martha has done better books but good enough content for price.

I really like this book because it is easy to use, there are photos accompanying many of the items and the main reason is because it's written by Martha Stewart. I needed to learn how to bake and this book serves as a valuable resource for the novice and advanced baker. There are many others on the market by well-known chefs, but Martha's books always surpass them. If you need a baking book, this is the one. Whether you need an ornate dessert for a party, or just a really good chocolate cake for yourself, this book has it all. Plan to keep it a while. I really was excited to receive this book! I had seen it on Martha's TV program and I new I had to have it! The is the how to book that shows you everything you need to know in the kitchen that your grandmother never showed you! The kitchen secrets are now at our finger tips! From how to make a simple meal with amazing flavor that will make everyone think you spent the whole day working on!! I made some the of desserts in this book and took them them to work, the results were SMASHING! Some of my co-works thought I had been taking some cooking classes! Fooled them! Her steps are easy to follow. The pictures are first class. If you ever thought about getting this book or you just LOVE MARTHA, GET THIS! You will not regret it!
