    Great baseball game for old school fun

    Baseball Stars was my favorite baseball game growing up. It was so much fun to create a team with my friends' names and put a bunch of teams together to slug it out. I was a stat geek, and being able to be in a league that tracked AVG, HRs, RBIs, wins, saves, etc. was just so awesome. Yes, it has its own issues and the winning pitcher isn't always the one on your team that won the game, but it was still a great time. Highly recommended.

    Baseball Stars, the best baseball game ever

    I remember playing this game as a kid on my Nintendo. My brother and I wore out the battery in the cartridge on the one we had. I love how you can make your own team, and name your players. You can actually win money playing other teams and then use that money power up your players or hire new ones. Best graphic ever for firing a player. There are bits that are less than they could be, but hey it's the old Nintendo, what can you expect. Loads better than Baseball Stars 2 where you couldn't change the names of players. Maybe there will be a new incarnation that will finally do this game justice. The graphics are nothing to brag about with today's systems, but this game is the most fun I've had with a video game controller.

    Best baseball game on the nes hands down.

    After further review of all the baseball games for the nes Baseball stars is a perfect 10. Great game play along with diving catches and home run stealing dives over the wall make Baseball stars way better than any other baseball game on your nes! Its better than part 2. Snk makes part one. Romstar makes part 2. Don't waste your time and money on part 2. Baseball stars is way better!

    BEST GAME EVER

    I have great memories of playing this game with my friends. To play it again is awesome & a great way to spend time during the current lockdown. I've discovered some secret codes on the internet so I'm having more fun than ever playing now.

    SNK Baseball Stars

    SNK BASEBALL STARS is by the Japanese publisher usually known for their fighting games. In this sports simulation, you can build and manage your own baseball team. Create, name, upgrade, and manage your team, as well as customize the team's logo and uniforms. You can also change the player stats by paying him or her (this was one of the first games to include a female teams as well) more money earned from winning games. And the gameplay is strong for a 1989 NES title. Not only can you make diving or jumping catches, but also climb the wall! With all the options that are included, you can easily say that this is the best baseball game for the NES.
