    The book itself is easy to read and to follow the author's intention. The diet is easy to understand and to follow. I first heard about the book through Dr. Gott's syndicated column. I like his ability to recommend alternatives to pharmaceutical drugs. I first got the book from our local library to make sure it wasn't some "fad" diet. I liked it so much that I checked online at Ebay to see if I can find an inexpensive copy. I love it. Some of the recipes are not within my tastes and a couple of items are either too expensive, or hard to find (ie: rice pasta). I've tried a couple of the recipes so far and they are delicious, but a couple were too sweet. I think I have to get used to cooking with Splenda and adjust the amounts used. Overall, I have recommended and will continue to ...

    I like this Cookbook, it is simple and to the point. I can follow the recipes without having to buy a lot of extra things that I never buy. The recipes are very good. I have known several people that have lost a lot of weight following the directions in this cookbook. My goal is twenty five pounds. I can do it with this book as my guide. I'm on my way already!

    I have enjoyed all the recipes I've tried. My favorite snack is the frozen red seedless grapes. It's like having a decadent dessert so I don't feel deprived. This is the easiest and healthiest way to lose weight in my opinion.

    Lots of good information in this book. I have not had the opportunity to try any of the recipes yet but I have several marked to try. Well worth buying. This is a wonderful diet!
