Featuring 520 teams and 27 leagues from around the world, FIFA Soccer 07 is designed to imitate reality with improvements to sound, player movement, receiving, shooting, fans, AI, and ball physics over the previous year's version. Trending toward a more organic form of gameplay, FIFA Soccer 07 focuses on realistic athletic movement by altering the way players receive, shoot, and pass the ball, with such options as basic shot mechanics and a "skill shot" button for attempting a bend or backspin. Computer-controlled players are programmed to make decisions on the fly, including formation changes. <br><br>You can manage an existing team or create your own. Mold it into a million-dollar franchise by overseeing the budget, player development, wages, and league standing in "Manager" mode. As a manager, you need to keep an eye on such elements as team chemistry, job security, and fan support. You can recruit young players directly from your own academy and acquire more experienced players from other teams, and then mix and match the two to give the greenhorns a chance to improve under the watchful eye of a seasoned pro.<br><br>Internet play features room for eight players and an added Interactive League competition that is intended to add more to the online community by exploiting rivalries and competitive spirit between two teams. The league is based on real soccer teams that include English Premiership, Bundesliga, France's LFP, and the Mexican First Division. Choose a team to represent, wait until the real-life team is playing another actual squad featured in the Interactive League, and then play against online supporters of the opposing team. EA will keep track of the winners and the leading team at the end of the week is declared the winner. <br><br>Normal online games in the FIFA Lounge include a handicap adjustment so expert gamers do not discourage newcomers to the FIFA soccer series. FIFA Soccer 07 features a soundtrack with artists from around the world including Blasted Mechanism, Boy Kill Boy, Carlos Jean, Elefant, Keane, Malibu Stacy, Mellowdrone, and Muse, among others.

    Fifa Soccer 07

    The game as a whole is very well put together and runs very smooth. The load time is fair and gameplay is straight forward. EA has definately "stepped up their game" this year for 2007. FIFA 06 was good, but a little slow and not enough options. This year it is packed with everything. A great playlist, updated teams, create a player, team, edit. It is a great game all around and keeps me entertained for hours on end. VIVA LA FUTBOL!!!

    The Best Soccer Game on the Market

    This is really the best soccer videogame I have ever played. You get to pick between one time match ups, all different types of leagues to play for the championship or manager mode where you build your own soccer club and fight to win championships, money and star players. The only 2 things I disliked about it: 1) Not enough teams from Latin America on tournament mode. This game is a little too aimed for players in Europe and North America. Even the most inconsequential of European leagues are represented, while only a few teams from Brazil and Argentina are. 2) The announcers are absoluttely annoying and there is no way to turn them off without muting the TV. There are two of them 1 Brittish, 1 Scottish and I can't stand them. They are so unemotional and reserved about everything. I wish ...

    The best soccer video game for your X-Box!

    This is the best soccer game there is available for the X-Box console.Everything about the game is a big improvement from the previous soccer games.The only problem with the game is it has a little glich that happen's very rarely in which the ball get's in a dead spot on the field and the player's don't react the way they should for a short period of time and then it goes back to playing properly.If you lke playing video sport games this game is a must for your collection!

    Exellent, fun, and entertaining!!! 5 STARS!

    This game is absolutely incredible, it is very life like. It is very entertaining. It's one of those games that you can play forever after even months. I love the team selection. They have many leagues. I decidied to buy because i had heard that is was great. And it really was. I recommend this game to anyone.
