I ordered a dvd, but with no confirmation after a few days, I assumed an incomplete transaction. Nothing showed in my purchase history. So I ordered again. Today, I got an email that one item had been shipped. Checking the ETA I saw the second dvd, marked "Not Shipped." I messaged the seller politely requesting cancellation. 30 minutes later I got an email saying "Being Shipped." The site made it tough to send a second message. I wish to complain to EBay but contact seems impossible.
