I still have not received the item I ordered. The item was promptly delivered to local warehouse for delivery. An attempted delivery was made on a Saturday to a business address, however, the business is closed on Saturdays and no additional attempt was made. After an hour on hold with a relatively unknown courier, the customer services was less than helpful and I am still waiting for delivery. I would not recommend that anyone order from eBay unless a reputable courier can be selected.

HOTT Personal CD Player
Except for the Sony Walkman, this has been the best personal CD player I've used for listening to books while exercising or cleaning. The sound is good, it doesn't skip, and I'm mostly happy thus far. The Sony was less user friendly, because the batteries were located inside the player, so I had to remove the CD to get them out when needing a change. However, since I carry the player in a pack, having the components on the top of the player is more awkward than if they were on the side. At the same time, the device for opening the player to change CDs is on the side, and that's awkward and it doesn't open easily. Until CDs became semi-obsolete, the Sony Walkman was less than $50. This CD player is $70. Pros: Good quality. Sound is very good. Portable and actually does play CD-R/RW. Cons: #1 -Is not bluetooth enabled. #2 -It is AC adaptable (adaptor not included) and I have not been able to find an adaptor to fit it. The purpose of the device is to use it in rural areas on mission trips and play music or recorded stories to a group. I can still do this, but, the intention was to save on batteries, especially in areas were there is not easy access to them or a way to responsibly dispose of them.Pros: Good quality. Good features with anti shock
Use product on mower over very bumpy ground and player has not skipped a beat. Just what I was looking for to prevent skipped beats.

I use this to listen to books on CD from my library. It is good sound quality. My only criticism is that there is no power cord for it so it only uses batteries. I looked everywhere on line for one. I found only one and it cost almost as much as the whole unit, bummer

A quality product at an affordable price
This CD player is just what I need to enjoy my vintage CDs of my favorite popular music of the past and the present. It was available at an affordable price which is very hard to find for older equipment that is no longer popular and of low market value compared to I Pods. So I am very grateful to get this CD player, high quality sound at an affordable price. Please keep this CD player in circulation for others who appreciate the old CD player but can't afford the vintage high price.This CD player is just what I need to enjoy my vintage CDs of my favorite popular music of the past and the present.
