    Very pleasant movie. Disk in excellent condition.

    I'm getting romantic in my old age, and this movie is a pleasure to watch. Amanda whats-her-name is very cute and charming in every scene, and Van Redgrave is a quality veteran with loads of screen credibility. You'll want to punch out the male lead character, but you know how it's going to end, so you'll let him slide by. And how can you not love a movie that happens in Italy ?

    Vanessa Redgrave & Franco Nero Together Again

    In 1967, when Vanessa Redgrave was barely a 30yo, she played the famous leading lady who became the true love of Sir Lancelot (Franco Nero), the handsome knight at King Arthur's round table. Thirty-nine years & son, director Carlo Gabriel Nero, later, Redgrave & Nero were at long last married (in 2006). Although, in the meantime, Redgrave & Nero performed together several times, most notably in "Bella Mafia," they did not perform as lovers. Now, in this film, Vanessa Redgrave & Franco Nero are at long last reunited. In fact, that is what the film is about! A younger American woman (Amanda Seyfried) travels to Verona, Italy. She takes a volunteer position responding to letters which ask for advice on romance from Shakespeare's famous character, ...

    Great!!!!!

    Beautiful movie. Guaranteed to make you cry. So romantic. Love is great. Very moving. Colors of Italy make me want to go now,just for the beauty alone. So sweet. Finally a movie with a happy emding. Amen.

    A charming little romance

    A charming little romance: This is a great little story for those people that want to not think about anything just be entertained with something that's a little funny a little romantic and easy going for the eyes and ears. Vanessa Redgrave is a delight In this film but the real star is the Tuscan scenery.

    I didn't understand it was Juliet from the play Romeo and Juliet, it's a fun movie.

    We just enjoy the story. It is a no stress love story. It is light comedy and pretty clean, no swearing or nudity, refreshing.
