OK lights not a perfect fit
I purchased these lights because i thought they looked great and price was good. I was in a situation where i needed to replace one tailight now or else i would have sent these back. when i tried to install them and compared to oem lights the plastic hangs over on the tailgate opening side too far. i tried to install as is and when i did the tailgate did clear but the prongs that go into the hole on the side of the bed actually would not engage. So i added some washers/spacers on the tailgate side to space it properly and used some longer screws and it turned out decent. Looks good from 10' away so OK. Not bad for the price. I purchased these lights because i thought they looked great and price was good. very poor fit and made of cheaper than OEM materials
I purchased these taillights to replace my factory lights. They did NOT install very easy, the mounting tabs were too small so I had over 1" of play. I finally was able to make it work, and within a week, both lights have come loose during daily driving causing the light to hang by the wiring harness. I replaced the factory screws with much larger metal roofing screws with neoprene washers which has helped secure the light in place. the cheap price reflects the very poor quality. Sierra Tail Lighting
So i installed the Tail light but for those who may not know keep in mind that you must shave the bulb socket inserts from every one of the holes on this hpusing because the bulb socket will not fit but shave it with a box cutter just on the wide side and your good to go. Good luck my friends Remember on the factory light housing has 3 lips the wider one from the new housing just shave one.

Drain Holoes for water are on top of the bulbs not the bottom
I didn't think anything about the clear lights, (back ups) being on top of the tail light. However this is a problem, my wiring for the backup light wasn't long enough to reach the top position, therefore I had to cut three wires splice 10 inches of wire onto the light, solder SIX splices and shrink wrap the same six splices on each side. Then I noticed the drains for the bulb areas where on the top of the bulb area NOT the bottom. Couldn't fix that so they will stay that way. I put these in a 2004 Chevy 1500 EXT cab four door vehicle. I would not recommend these, unless you are wiling to do some wiring and it doesn't bother you, that the drain holes are not where they need to be. Looks awesome
They fit really nice. The only thing different from the oem lights is the backup light is on top. I had to lengthen the wires so the backup socket would reach the top hole. Other than that, they are very sharp and clean looking.
