I still have not received the item I ordered. The item was promptly delivered to local warehouse for delivery. An attempted delivery was made on a Saturday to a business address, however, the business is closed on Saturdays and no additional attempt was made. After an hour on hold with a relatively unknown courier, the customer services was less than helpful and I am still waiting for delivery. I would not recommend that anyone order from eBay unless a reputable courier can be selected.

Middle of the road price and features on JVC
For my application this camera kept me on budget and gave me the features I needed. Number one is a remote power mic jack built into the camcorder. On the downside, the idiots put the SD card slot in the bottom of the camcorder so it must be removed from the tripod each time its used. The camcorder comes with a docking station which I have never seen anyone actually USE this silly item. The charger is built into the camcorder, how stupid so you cannot be charging and shooting film at the same time. Sick industry, but here's the real downer, this JVC was better than the other brand names I looked at...WOW. JVC Everio MG-555 video camera
This is my second MG-555 camera, have used the other one for three years without any problems. Bought this one for another family member. This camera is durable easy to use, I bought a share station to make downloading fast and easy so I have no experience useing a computer to download onto a disk. This camera is on the small side so people with large hands might have a harder time operating the zoom button.This is my second MG-555 camera, have used the other one for three years without any problems. this is a very good camcorder to take pictures and video is of good quality and a very good price, a bought one new like this and regular price is over $450.oo i am very happy with this one.
