Fulfilling a Promise I made to Myself
Because, I remember watching The Secrets of ISIS on TV every Saturday Morning in the 1970s and I made myself a Promise, that one day I would buy myself the entire Series of The Secrets of ISIS. And I tried to buy it at Video Stores and through Video Movie Catalogs like Critici's Choice Video, Movies Unlimited and others as well, but unfortunately everywhere I had tried to buy The Secrets of ISIS TV Series, no one had ever heard of it before. And Thanks to the Seller, i was able to fulfill the Promise I had made to myself, many years ago that I would one day buy the entire TV Series of The Secrets of ISIS. And I was so excited about getting it when it first arrived in the mail. I guess the only way I can compare the thrill, joy and excitement pf receiving The Secrets ... Because, I remember watching The Secrets of ISIS on TV every Saturday Morning in the 1970s and I made myself a Promise, that one day I would buy myself the entire Series of The Secrets of ISIS. And I tried to buy it at Video Stores and through Video Movie Catalogs like Critici's Choice Video, Movies Unlimited and others as well, but unfortunately everywhere I had tried to buy The Secrets of ISIS TV Series, no one had ever heard of it before. And Thanks to the Seller, i was able to fulfill the Promise I had made to myself, many years ago that I would one day buy the entire TV Series of The Secrets of ISIS. And I was so excited about getting it when it first arrived in the mail. I guess the only way I can compare the thrill, joy and excitement pf receiving The Secrets of ISIS in the Mail, was that it was like a child opening up their Christmas Gifts early on Christmas Morning. And, I will probably go back and rewatch the entire Series of The Secrets of ISIS again and again. And I plan on adding The Secrets of ISIS to my DVD and VHS Video Tapes Video Movies Library and file it alphabetically in my Collection under the letter S for Secrets immediately after Secret Agent A.K..A., Danger Man; The Secret Garden; The Secret of My Success and Secret Window.

The Secrets Of Isis
After years of waiting...one of my favorite Saturday morning shows has finally seen a DVD release. It tells about a high school Science Teacher finds an ancient amulet which gives her great powers which she uses to save lives,fight crime, and teaches us lessons. Yes...the show is ISIS! That great Saturday morning series of the 1970's! What a great way to relive my childhood again! The set has ALL the episodes, Plus interviews and behind the sences..photo stills. I like the set,... but the one drawback is the interviews. Sadly there is NO interview with the main star "JoAnna Carmon" (Isis) I can't understand why BCI Epcilpse would leave her out (didn't anyone there told her about the DVD release?). Sadly this DVD is NOT complete without her in it. This greatly reduces the rating the DVD ... After years of waiting...one of my favorite Saturday morning shows has finally seen a DVD release. The secrets of Isis
Since I was a young boy growing up this was one of my favorites to watch on Saturday morning have the collection 35 years later is a honor. It’s still great to watch. I even show my kids what we used to watch and that like and enjoy it.

It looks alright.
I'm glad that I finally the chance to look at Secrets of Isis on DVD but when I open the jewel case it slipped out and I put it back together inside it's still in good condition and it's been used, next time if I see something that doesn't work I would not buy it and I also like it when it's brand new not used.

The Secrets of Isis Complete Series DVD, 2007
This show was made in the early 1970's and so it was a trailblazer for other super heroines such as Wonder Woman, Bionic Woman, etc.... I am a fan of Filmation to begin with so this show has special meaning to me. I watched it as a child and enjoyed it. Mostly because I was beginning to admire strong ladies. I was sickly as a child, so ladies like Isis, BatGirl & Wonder Woman kept me going. They showed me that a girl could be just as important in the world as a man. The shows were made on a low budget so the special effects would be "cheesy" to most people today. But they were great to see as a child because it allowed the imagination to add more. Isis is a positive role model. Her alter ego is a science teacher and she is beautiful and intelligent. The shows had an ending moral as ...
