Really helped my sciatica
Prior to purchasing Elaine Petrone's Miracle balls, I had been seeing a chiropractor for months with some relief but was not where I was having no pain at all, plus I was getting tired of the twice weekly visits. Elaine's method only comes with a book. I needed to be able to see the exercises to do them correctly. I purchased the DVD and within 2 uses, felt relief from the pain & in the comfort of my own home. The Elaine Petrone Method (2006, DVD)
I was getting this achy back feeling by the end of a busy day and yoga stretches helped but didn't make as big a difference as those magic balls and the Elaine Petrone Method. The balls are easy to use, the method relaxes and I feel the results for days...it is really making a diffference in my body alignment and I am so grateful for the ease of use. The DVD which accompanied the balls was easy to watch, very descriptive and you've "got it" by the end. I am certainly glad that I made this purchase and have told many friends about it. I actually bought a second set for my son-in-law who suffers from sciatica from time to time...I am sure the balls will help. I'll probably buy other sets for gifts from time to time. This woman is a genius! Do the balls.. but do exactly as she says with the breath, this is the key ... and you will be impressed. I have her balls, cds, dvds, anything she puts out. ... I especially like her CDs of instruction. The CDs are not perfectly produced --but she KNOWS and articulates how to use the body, or really, how not to use the breath, body, gravity and balls to get relief from pain. I recommend her highly. I give my balls away and replace them all the time. The Miracle Ball technique is different than the Yamuna Body Rolling . So if you are using Yamuna's technique also investigate the Miracle Ball Method. Both are wonderful .. both techniques will teach you a lot.This woman is a genius! I've had great success with this! The system works if u follow her DVD step by step and regularly. My husband and daughter have also been pleased with the results

Disappointed
Was looking for the balls with this. It was just a DVD which is of no use without the balls. I thought they were included. Would not of ordered if I had known they were not. Not worth the trouble to send back. This was going to be a gift, but could not give without the balls.
