    Rode NT1-A Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone

    This is a nice microphone. I process it with a DBX ProVocal processor to give it the sound I want. I wish it included some pattern selection, but it does not. However, for the money, it's a great sounding mic. As with ANY condenser mic, be careful in terms of how closely you work it--it "pops" pretty easily when using it for vocals. I use it as a voice mic for my amateur radio station.

    Received this product on the day that it was promised. It was well packed and had everything needed to start using. Found it to be of very high quality and it sounds great. I am very happy with my purchase....

    AMAZING PRODUCT

    Bought this for my music hobby and it’s doing a amazing job sound is what I’m looking for in a mic and came with everything including a sticker and a ten year warranty and I’m a huge fan of receiving stickers 10 out of 10 would buy again good for podcasts all types of music like metal screaming and I’ll recommend to pair this with the scarlet solo gen 2

    Can't beat it for the price!

    I bought this as a second studio mic, to have something decent to use behind the AKG 414XLII. When I got it and hooked it up I couldn't believe how quiet it was, and how clear it sounded with no EQ. That inspired me to put it up against the 414, so I did a side by side comparison. To be straight out with it, the AKG was the better mic, but the NT1A really stood up to the comparison well. It sounds a lot like the 414, with the same sort of air and clarity. The 414 just has a little more of it. At three to four times the cost of the Rode mic, it should! But I can say that, if they weren't side by side, you would never feel lacking with the Rode NT1A... it sounds great! The only down side (for me) was the lack of any hard case protection for it.     Works well for me, great value

    Great value. You really get more than you pay for here. Great mic, solid cradle with windscreen. I use it for acoustic guitars, ukes, guitar amps, djembes, vocals, and I even used it for a rapper, and it worked pretty well. Works great for me on a lot of things.
