Suggested by a hand therapist
I think they are expensive for a tiny piece of plastic.... but they are amazing! The first one I got was given to me by a hand therapist so I had confidence in the product. My finger was starting to turn at the first joint. This little gem keeps it straight. Time will tell if it can really prevent the arthritis from ruining my finger. I wear it all of the time. I can type, wash my hands, sleep, cook, etc! Good design, lightweight
It's a lot less clunky and way less noticeable than other splint devices. I've been using it for a few weeks to stabilize a mallet finger. Since it's just plastic, after a while the edges can start to irritate your skin, so it helps to wrap the joint in tape before putting the splint on (which can also snug it up - not a bad thing). When you size it make sure you take into account which joint you're putting it on. I wear a size 12 ring but needed a size 10 splint since it's my distal joint.It's a lot less clunky and way less noticeable than other splint devices. Lightweight, good design, and not unsightly like other splints!
Love this product. Have bought different sizes to support fingers and hopefully, avoid carpel tunnel.

Splint
I can't use these, they were a waist off my good hard earned money. They are not comfortable, they are a hard plastic and hurt really bad!!! I will not recommend them to anyone. I want my money back, thank you.

Could be the best splint in the world
Great way to splint a finger. I stumped a finger and which the doctor called mallet finger. The Oval 8 splint held the finger in place and it healed perfectly. The great thing about this splint is that it can be worn constantly without tape or bulkiness of other splints. It can be worn in the shower and while washing your hands. Make sure you measure accurately for proper fit. Mine was tight at first but after about 20 minutes I forgot it was there.Great way to splint a finger.
