They were responsive and answered any questions I had on pricing or their stock in a timely manner. When told that I was starting a new army the sell told me about everything they had in that faction savings me time and frustration. When the package arrived the model boxes were in good shape, not crammed into a box shipping box and no bits rattling around. If I can I will use this seller again.
