Absolute Disgrace. Purchased 2nd May royal mail 48 hour postage. After a week I contacted to find out where the item was as it hadn't been dispatched. Reply said I had to wait until 14th may because they are busy! Took further action through eBay on 16th may asking for a refund. Today, one day before I can claim my money back through eBay buyer protection, they dispatch the item. What are they playing at? AVOID AT ALL COST
