À propos de ce produit

Product Information

The fourth installment of Capcom's gothic action series is the first to feature a new protagonist: Nero, who enters battle with a double-barreled revolver called the "Blue Rose" and an ornate sword known as the "Red Queen." He is also a card-carrying member of the Order of the Sword, an organization systematically dismantled by former series protagonist, Dante. Nero's power is not limited to his distinctive weapons, however. Nero's right arm, a.k.a. "the devil bringer," is imbued with an ethereal glow and is a source of supernatural strength. The demonic appendage lets him perform feats of agility not possible by mere mortals, such as grabbing enemies from afar, slamming them into the ground, spinning them overhead, or initiating various other context-sensitive moves.<br><br>Players can once again freely switch between melee and projectile attacks to string together elaborate combos, with bonus points awarded for style. By varying his attacks and minimizing the damage received in each level, Nero will earn "Proud Souls" to spend on sword combos, bullets, and improved attributes. Fans of earlier versions can still collect health-enhancing orbs from defeated enemies and initiate "devil trigger" transformations for temporary boosts in speed and power. Throughout his demon-slaying journey, Nero must solve environment-based puzzles and confront towering boss creatures, with each conquest allowing him the opportunity to upgrade his powerful arm. Dante is also playable at certain points in Devil May Cry 4, which according to producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi, features more content than the first three titles combined.

  • How many times can the devil cry??

Ahh finally #4 decides to come out...and on multi-platform which was the best thing that could happen to the 360(since Halo 3 and COD:4).The visuals on this game were great..well great for me because I have HD so maybe that's why they came out even more. There's nothing new about this series compared to the rest if you played them on the PS2.New bosses and a new character is how I saw it. You start off as loud mouth Nero who can never seem to keep his mouth shut when it comes to approaching new bosses. His new weapons and ability skills are great to experience in the game...but just like the other Devil May Cry games the attack buttons get repetitive. You would think he's this tuff cocky demon who wouldn't care about anyone, except for his love for Kyrie. That's when he becomes a baby...that's ...

  • Devil May Cry 4

It's fun, a bit repetitive but worth the experience. Cut scenes are really pretty and the game play is somewhat easy after you understand the game mechanics which WILL take you awhile to get it down effectively. This is not a great game for "Achievement Boosting" as a lot of them take mastering the game and most likely having to replay the entire game. Cons: Repetitive. Can't change the default camera angle controls. Achievements pretty much are obtained by replaying the game once your able to get the score needed on each level. A part of me wanted to change the Gun and Sword attack buttons but never did. Graphics A Gameplay B Control B Storyline A

  • Devil May Cry 4 (Xbox 360)

If you're looking for an action game that involves real interaction, this ISN'T the game for you. Now you're wondering why the score has a solid 4/5, I'll explain. This game has amazing cutscenes, although they're at every loading point it's as if you're watching a movie. When fighting with monsters you'll certainly feel stiff and confused, but I got the hang of it, so I'm sure others will too. Another things that this game has been itched on - the developers tried to make it as much as a movie scene every second of this game that sometimes the camera angles are fixed into a very awkward position as to the point where you get confused on where to go. All in all, if you're ready to see some great fighting scenes, DMC 4 for $10 isn't a bad deal.

  • Good game for your money

This game has everything you were told it had to make you buy it. The adventure is great. The only complaint i have about it is you have about 5-6 hours of game and you really dont get the most points to buy upgrades. But i guess thats no big problem they probly did that to make it challenging. And it is pretty challenging you go into the game thinking these guys are really slow but a little wod of advice. Never ever get surrounded. Because if you do they can and will attack you all at once. They do pack a pretty good punch. But over all this game certainly is an upgrade to the last three. Like being able to use your arm to grab demons long distance. There are upgrades on how far away you can grab them too. So to close ill say this is a great game and im pretty sure you can get use to the ...

  • A great, and difficult, action game!

Having played this game when it first came out, i decided to pick it up again. The fourth installment of the Devil May Cry Series, and the first one on a non-Sony console, is a great game thatll keep you entertained for a while. Dante returns, albeit not at first. Instead, you play through the first few missions as newcomer Nero, who, while similar in style, plays completely different than our favorite Devil Hunter. The missions are fun, and tend to be quite difficult, especially in some of the un-lockable difficulty's later on, and youll fight a handful of big menacing Boss Devils. The only con i had with this game, is that at one point in the story, your forced to replay the same exact levels again.
