When I received it, I could see that it was the item, but not the one on the pic because the flaws were different and more obvious. I contacted the seller immediately and sent pictures. She was quick and courteous to respond, and very apologetic. She tried to locate that item, but couldn't, so she refunded my money, but let me keep the item for my trouble. 10 out of 10 customer service!!!
