Captivating
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. I read this book as a book group selection. It was wonderful. Luis Alberto Urrea certainly did his homework and created an intriguing novel from the history of one of his ancestors. In all honesty, of late, I've found myself dragging through books, looking upon many as a chore. I couldn't put this book down! The colors of Mexico, the magic of the people, the emotions, the religion and the history all came bounding through. I highly recommend this book.
