    fits good, sounds good

    These headphones fit completely over my ears, just what I wanted. The sound is great. I listened through them for 4 hours using my Sony Walkman just to see how long the battery would power the headphones, I still don't know. I do know that the battery was still strong after 4 hours. I am ready for my next plane flight without the sounds of screaming kids this time.

    Great sound, cheap price

    I've used many headphones and ear buds over the years and have found these headphones to very close to the old style, over-the-ear, deep sound headphones of the 70's. They produce great sound and and quite loud for a cheaper set. The price can't be beat. Just rememeber when you are working outside in the high heat, your ears will sweat. Othewise, these headphones beat all others for the price.

    An unbeatable value! Out-performs others costing 5X as much!!

    These headphones perform surprisingly well, on an old PC with on-board sound. Excellent sensitivity of 105dB @ only 1mW of input power, so you know they will sound good, and play loud enough to satisfy. They are very comfortable on the head, and you just may forget they are there after a while, as they are quite lightweight. Sound quality is WAYYYY better than I had expected, or hoped for! The cord, while very convenient with it's almost 11.5 ft. length, is quite thin, and reasonable care should be taken to make sure it doesn't get crimped during use. The strain relief at the plug end (a headphones weakest link) could be engineered better, but it seems that will likely never happen with ANY headphones. These peform easily as well as my $175.00 Sony V150 Studio Monitor 'phones, with ...

    Great Headphones

    I can not believe the quality of the sound that comes from these headphones. I bought them to listen to DVD's on my laptop. The volume on the laptop was very low without headphones even with the volume turned all the way up. I received these headphones, hooked them up to the computer and turned the DVD on. Wow a word of warning, be sure and turn the volume down before the DVD begins. I have to have it at about 1/3 volume and it is very loud, clear and very awesome. Finally a set of headphones at a reasonable price and with excellent sound quality. I would rate them 4.9 out of 5 and that is only because the cable is kind of small but if you take reasonable care of them they should last a very long time.

    A great wired headphone

    I wanted just the headphones no in line mic etc. This JVC set has wonderful sound (a bit better than my Pioneer Steez phones) and they fit over the ears very comfortably. If that is what you need - buy them, worth more than the price!
