Electrical timer with extensive programming options
Unit has depth such that an electrical box extender may be required - I added extender $3. Easy to do as it was in garage area. Unit has a lot of flexibility in programming, good features. I installed in our other house back East but I wasn't able to get programming to work properly before I left. Allow a couple of days to verify program works at intended. I bought 2 units.

Good Value.
It's easy to install. However, I had some issues to figure out wiring. I think this was not because of the product. I was replacing one of 3 switches so I had to figure out the correct combination for me. Other than that it works great and running for 3 weeks now. It does seem to have an internal battery for display. Not much info on that in the installation doc.

Highly programmable timer
I needed a switch to automatically turn on and off the outside lights at night. This switch fit the bill. The instructions were easy enough to follow and I was able (and I don't generally follow directions well) to program the switch with minimal effort. The digital screen is large enough that you don't have to squint to see the read out. The internal under the cover push button switches are a little on the small side but still easily manipulated. The pigtail wires were plenty long enough and color coded for easy termination. The manual override works well as there are four dimples on the cover that make contact with 4 (one in each corner of the switch and cover) that lets you touch the access door anywhere and operate the switch. The only problem I had was I was oblivious to what ... I needed a switch to automatically turn on and off the outside lights at night. This switch fit the bill. Easy to Install- Century Tech Support Outstanding
This is an outstanding timer. The price and quality and ease of programming beats Interm......all over the place. Had a pair of sconces that I needed on timer. Tech support helped me isolate the black hot wire from the black load wire. Just find the white neutral wire and connect a volt meter or plain vanilla line tested (glows when hot) and you are all set. White to neutral, red to black (load) and black (hot) to black timer device. Cap of blue wire unless a fan is involved. Lastly, green to ground or green. One thing that almost did me in, when I flipped power on the lights went on and right off again. The unit when hot defaults to off, so be patient and just hit the panel door to turn unit on. Straight forward installation, and works as expected. READ the directions! Notes: 1. The display is not backlit. 2. The DST feature is not a calendar, it just makes changing the time by an hour easier. 3. Everything will need resetting if (when) the power goes out. 4. Also, plan on packing a wad of wires back in the box.
