    Great eating and reading

    Recipes are amazing and easy to fix. I bought this book for 1 recipe but they are all fantastic. I also love reading to explanations of the coffees and the cities. Besides being a great receipe book it's also a great book to relax and read.

    Biba takes the home chef on a tour of Italy as she explores five cities....Rome, Florence, Bologna, Milan and Venice. The cookbook is part culinary road map and travel guide with recipes from each region along with travel tips on restaurants, wine bars, gelaterie, food markets and even cooking schools, if you are so inclined. The dishes are homestyle and authentic. Biba will not disappoint. There are full menus from antipasti to dessert with lots of options for each course. Even though many of the recipes are simple, there are some that are rather time consuming, as with any cuisine, but worth the effort. If you are traveling to Italy, take this book along. Biba gives you all the insider info you will need.
