Order was received fast and as described, however the precut on the keys is wrong. At the end towards where you turn the key it tapers up and needs to end in a 90 degree angle in order to work. I filled it in with soldier to seed if that was the issue and it worked fine until soldier came off. So off too the dealership. Tried to upload a pic it fails

Fob shell is great, buttons not so much
Purchased because the buttons on oem fob falling apart. These fobs are great cheap replacement option. They don't snap together, but fit snugly when pushed, and the screws go all the way through which keeps everything tight. Swapped over internals and works great, no fitment issues nothing. Only reason not 5 stars is the buttons are no good. They barely depress at all and are rock hard. I previously bought new buttons from gtog8ta, so I was able to swap those in, was not easy to get these buttons out but well worth it. With the new buttons, remote works excellent, barely have to press each button to engage. Recommend this product, but replace the buttons.Purchased because the buttons on oem fob falling apart. GTO Key FOB shell is poorly designed, ill fitting and doesn't perform as promised
Not all of these GTO Clamshell Key FOB replacements are poor fitting like these are. I have gotten others in the past that worked perfectly but these are of no value and don't work well. When installed on the parts of the original key that you are supposed to reuse, the three rubber buttons press too far and hold down the circuit board buttons. Therefore the entire key system doesn't work with the poor fitting rubber buttons. It's upsetting since I'm sure that I am not the first person that noticed the battery in the Key Fob will be dead when depressed in this stuck position for an extended period of time. Not all of these GTO Clamshell Key FOB replacements are poor fitting like these are. I have gotten others in the past that worked perfectly but these are of no value and don't work well. When installed on the parts of the original key that you are supposed to reuse, the three rubber buttons press too far and hold down the circuit board buttons. Therefore the entire key system doesn't work with the poor fitting rubber buttons. FOB Shell Swap Out
The rubber button material wore out on the originals and the FOB would not work anymore. By using these I just unscrewed the old one and took the whole insides and put it in the new FOB shell. No need to re-key or do anything else. I did not use the fine gasket on the original over to the new ones as it was to difficult to install the fine gasket. The new FOB are working and was an inexpensive fix for my situation.The rubber button material wore out on the originals and the FOB would not work anymore. Key works better than new
I used to have to stand at a sertin angle from the car to pop the man doors then move to a different position to get the trunk. Now the system is much more responsive. Wish I had done it sooner.

The most difficult part is getting the factory fob apart and removing the internals. Putting the new one together was easy.
