  Purchased item Jan 24, 2023 After no item delivered I contacted the seller who never responded Only after I opened case was there any communication from seller who claimed to have used the student run mail service from his students and they did not use tracking (Is it legal to use personal mail and charge to the school?) It seems that he still had item as today it arrived but was only mailed after the complaint and suddenly had tracking even though seller claimed it did not Buyer beware
