Excellent Device
Excellent device, Easy to install.
Had a different one on my meter base, paid rent to Jackson EMC. Worked great over 20 years.
The EMC now has a contract with a separate company, So they took it off.
Within a few months, I have lost a 55 inch TV and a radio. Really upset with them.
I found this, installed it, and it appears to be working GREAT.

Replaced the seal on Porter Cable Air Co...
Replaced the seal on Porter Cable Air Compressor. Notice O Ring has a little square bit on the bottom. Bone head design to seal between the head and the cylinder. Always leaks. had to repair with new part AND JB weld.
