Decent
Suzanne is very good at explaining how to properly do each exercise. It's great for beginners or really pregnant women. I'm definitely sore a couple days later but I don't really feel like I'm getting a lot of cardio out of it even tho it has a cardio segment. I'm thinking the 'barre amped' dvd might be more suitable for me right now.

We love it
My son loves the sing-a-longs and even though we get it on Netflix too I love having the dvd on hand for when the internet or cable goes out but he still needs entertainment :)
