Just short of five stars
The product does what it is supposed to do. However, the one drawback is, the bolts used to tighten the mount from pivoting and swiveling need tools to make it tight. Making quick changes to the phone angle once tight can cause it to loosen the bolts and need to be re-tightened. I would favor a wing nut on the cross bolt over the acorn style nut it comes with to make things easier.

Great deal
I bought this DVD because I heard a lot about it and the price was right. It far exceeded my expectations.

Nice upgrade from what i had.
These pots and pans are amazing. They are much thicker and heavier than any other set I've owned and they heat up very quickly and evenly. My first day with them I slow cooked a pork shoulder in the big pot with some water for a couple hours. The roast burned and stuck to the bottom like I expected. It's always done that before on my other pans. What I didn't expect was how easily the stuck on burnt piece flaked off with almost no effort! A little picking at the edge with a plastic spatula and it peeled right up leaving a perfectly clean, like new surface with no sign of ever having been cooked in! I love these pans. They stack a little sloppy, not tightly together however, they are secure. The flat lids make it easy to see what's going on without the curved distortion and obstacle of a knob that my previous set had. So far I only have one negative thing that bugs me and that is the rivet heads inside the pans. They are not non-stick and therefore require more attention when cleaning. All in all I expect these pans to last me and my family a long time and I plan on adding on to this set with more of the Calphalon premier space saving items.
