Negotiated a best offer with seller and was told no stains or odors. When received had stains and a terribly strong cologne smell. Seller initially offered a full refund for my trouble, however to be fair, I had the jersey and I suggested to cover costs to clean. Seller delayed and delayed any type of refund. Not sure if it was intentional to go past return timeframe. I feel my time was wasted in attempts to try and rectify item not as described by handwashing and then dry clean costs BEWARE
