helps with joint problems
seems to help with my 14 yo shepherd mix who blew out her back legs and had surgery 5 years ago. she can walk a little further without stopping and is happy to go. i only gave it 4 stars because she is on glucosamine and turmeric too so i'm not sure how it works alone. recommended by my vet too.

excellent 'sewing essentials' book
This is an excellent book for all the beginning things to know for sewing. Large,clear pictures and descriptions are clear. I am an experienced sewer (not expert by any means!) and still found it helpful.I guess it was one of a series and if the rest of the books are as clear, then it would be nice to have the series. Highly recommended.

easy,good recipes for newbie pressure cooker owners
good information and recipes for pressure cookers, electric and conversion for stove top cookers.
good for all levels of cooks. recipes have basic ingredients that you should have in your pantry.
tried 4 common comfort food recipes that were all delicious.
