A good piece not perfect.

Overall ok. Needed to file the hole to fit properly and actuate correctly. Finish is ok and seems to be wearing under the tail where I laid it on a wood surface to file. Probably should have taped it. I really wanted this style and not the radical upswept beavertail and this works for me. My first 1911 mod and just chose this for overall price and stainless is a plus.

Always keep spare parts

I have multiple frig's and keep a couple around. Actually though, FYI, you can take them apart from the bottom and file the contacts (which usually burn)and get one up and running again if the motor isn't bad.
