Apple Smart Cover

We were very disappointed in the Apple Smart Cover that we received. It offers no protection to the iPad whatsoever. It is just what it indicates -- a cover only. It only protects the glass, at best, but the remainder of the iPad is not covered at all. We will not return it since the postage to return it will cost more than what we paid. I guess what we expected was a case that totally surrounds the iPad.
