Worked out great!
I have a Dremel 4000 series and the rpms we’re becoming very erratic. Switched this part out and tool is performing just like new. There are plenty of videos on YouTube to help you with replacing this part on your dremel. Basic tools and a little common sense is all you will need. I did run into a hiccup with one of the wires breaking it’s connection to the brush holder. No worries though, just reattached it with some solder. May or may not happen to you so just be ready for something like that.

Falls apart quickly
Not really recommend. If you don't go higher than 12000 rpm it may last you longer. But it will take you longer to grind or polish your product. It does wear down rather quickly so if you don't mind spending lots of time and money on a project these may be right for you.

Must have!!!
