It locks with a bit of an effort by stays locked and the Satin is style material is the best , just the cost could have been on the below $20.

looks real good with a nice fit on the bumper .
This hitch is perfect and installation is not difficult if you are a good handy person, and you need power tools and a bit of imagination to install it if you are doing it alone. Having another person around will be very helpful. I can install it for you, for way less than any other source.
