First time for everything
This is the first time I've needed the smaller pinion gear for a gear drive cam set The runout on the crank pinion was just on the inside of acceptable But the backlash was a little tight on the tight side This smaller gear fixed the problem and put backlash in specs

My old one was missing
Could not find my old one.
This is one of those tools that when needed is a must have and when not ends up somewhere in a corner of the shop.
Good Quality great price.
The only caveat I have is the quality of the drill bits that were sent with it. They both burnt up quickly But replacing them with good new bits made the job very easy

Great product Good price
The splines sheared off on my original because of the soft bolts that Harley used (Replace with a grade 8) This one seems better in metallurgy better steel
