  Great value. Excellent communication. Delivery took a real long time even though item was shipped within 24 hours. Postal service misdirected package cross country 3 times so delay was entirely the fault of the postal service.

  The battery pack was sent exactly as described, and even included batteries, which I wasn't expecting. My HP-41CV is still not working, but it seems most likely that's due to the unit itself being broken, and not a problem with the battery pack. If I find otherwise, I'll edit this feedback later. But don't let that hold you back -- the seller did great, delivering what was promised on time, well packaged, and with appropriate messaging throughout the process.
