Battery arrived damaged in a envelope taped to a piece of cardboard. Battery was bent and would not fit in cell phone flat. I had to use plyers to bend the battery straight and flat, but it now fits in the phone and works. However i think better packaging is needed to go through the sorting machines at the U.S.P.S. to not damage the batteries.
