  Some how the item ended up claimed between when the seller posted the item and it arrived to me, seller was in constant communication after I reported the issue to them. They tried very hard to get the item unclaimed, but ultimately was unable and was prompt to initiate the return process. Great seller, wished things worked out where we could've kept the item but the seller did everything they could.
