Great case, even better price
14 personnes sur 14 ont jugé cet avis utile. I honestly sort of thought the dimensions had to be incorrect for what I was paying for. Sure enough, it was correct. The first thing I noticed was how solid it felt taking it out of the box. Super sturdy and sound. There's is a bit of weight to it, but not too much. The handle is thick, yet comfortable, and the connection to the body was solid yet smooth. Upon opening it, the clamps were solid as well. I don't foresee them piping open accidentally no matter what, which is s good thing. They aren't overly hard to open by hand. The hinges did not wobble, and the lid stays in position when opened. There is an equally rugged pressure equalization valve, and a little label under the handle. The foam is dense, and in the form of two equally thick sheets, which is nice for duel layers or varying thicknesses. The walls and bottom are slap lined with a thick layer of foam. The top has a thick layer of wavy foam filling it entirely.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprise with what I got for the money. Equal quality cases from pelican/ape case and others will run you easily twice as much. This is w high quality product, at an incredible value. No need to feel like you're compromising protection for lower cost, because you aren't. It's a damn good case.
