Bought this to use in a small external U...
Bought this to use in a small external USB enclosure to use as fast portable storage. Works great in that application.

Great replacement part, if you're willing to do some work
I'm a long time Thinkpad user and have taken several apart to replace various components but this needed a complete teardown of my T420. If I had known that in advance, I might have decided to live with my intermittent power jack :-)

Great microUSB connectors
We're always losing cables and I need to keep a buffer stock handy. I like these because the microUSB connectors snap into the device and hold in really well compared to no-name brands.
