Good product but too strong for me
1 personnes sur 1 ont jugé cet avis utile. I have taken herbal remedies for years. Everybodies body is different and just like any other drug we all react to different strengths of it differently. When you look up the dosage for pine bark extract it ranges from 50, 100, to 500 max. The 240mg in this product was too much for me. Other recommended dosages are 50 and 100 depending upon what it is being used for. Swanson Vitamins has a 50mg cap. I am going to start with this and maybe work up to 100 or 150mg.. I like Now products and this product has many excellent reviews, but the strength is too much for my body.
Over the years I have had to adjust dosages on many other herbals as well. Use what works with your body.

Good value and just a good product
It has everything you need for any type beard and is easy and simple to use. Just keep the top of the box. It explains each piece better than the instructions do.

A fair replacement
It's not as heavy as original equipment and will move at high speed, but it will do the job for the price
