Alienator 30+ years later
This classic Blacktron walker still has all the appeal it had in the 1980's. Modular, themed warriors, the Blacktrons were the scourge of the universe.
The front pod seperates and becomes a patrol / attack vessel, while the walker acts as sensor homebase. I modified mine a bit to house a BFG9001 laser railgun, and it does serious damage.
Yes, it's an older set, but it still has great swooshability.

Racers set #8125 takes off at turbo speed
I got this set for me, but the 2- and 4-year old girls love playing with great-uncle's cars. If you have a chance, get this set. If not, get one of the other Tiny Turbo sets, they're all great! The only downside to this set is you'll be applying a lot of stickers.
